The FGG.0K.309 is a solder bucket plug, aimed at teams that build their own harnesses rather than buying moulded cable. Nine 0.5 mm contacts sit in a PPS block with generous solder buckets, so a 26 AWG to 30 AWG wire lands cleanly and the joint can be inspected from the side.

Solder process that keeps yield up

Fit the bend relief nut and bushing on the cable before soldering, not after - most scrap comes from this one mistake.
Pre-tin bucket and wire separately at 320°C, then reflow for under 2 seconds.
Keep the shield braid long enough to fold back over the collet for the 360° screen.
Check continuity pin to pin before the contact block goes into the shell.
