3K.93C SMPTE Hybrid Fiber Optic Connector for Broadcast Camera Links

The RAYMO 3K.93C hybrid connector combines 2 single-mode optical fiber contacts and 2 electrical power contacts in one circular shell, so a single cable delivers both UHD video signal and camera power on set. It is the standard interface for SMPTE 311M camera channels used in studios, OB vans, rental houses and mobile production units.

• Hybrid contact layout – 2 ceramic ferrule fiber contacts (1.25 mm) plus 2 power contacts rated 10 A / 250 V in one mating face
• Push-pull self-latching – three-key polarization prevents wrong mating; lock release sleeve works with gloves in the field
• IP68 sealed when mated – double O-ring seal on plug and receptacle, suitable for rain, dust and washdown use
• 360 degree EMI shielding – chrome plated brass shell with ground contact tab, typically over 75 dB shielding effectiveness
• Field serviceable – solder or crimp contact inserts are replaceable on site without replacing the whole connector
• Long mating life – 5000 mating cycles minimum with stable insertion and withdrawal force
